You won’t want to miss this one, Kavanagh bring us gloriously gritty single ‘Citizen 202’

Crank up the volume, alt-rockers Kavanagh are releasing their brand new single ‘Citizen 202’ on 26th March.

‘Citizen 202’ is a hefty dose of alt-rock with a punchy punk feel. Full of distorted guitars, bodacious drums and energetic vocals, ‘Citizen 202’ is not one you’ll want to miss.

“Citizen 202 is about escaping the idiosyncrasies of humanity and being a member of the universe instead, simply a part of creation. More than a human”

The track is our latest instalment of sound from Kavanagh. The Brighton based five-piece have been crafting their dynamic style since 2016, storming round the pubs of Canterbury and winning two national Battle of The Band competitions. We have a suspicion Kavanagh know how to put on one hell of a show.

With tracks full of energy and movement, it’s no surprise Kavanagh have found themselves touring across the UK and appearing on multiple radio stations.

Kavanagh’s immense talents are not going unnoticed either, with a future slot supporting Fat White Family and a feature on upcoming movie, Vegan Vampires from Zorg, with members of The Sex Pistols and New York Dolls!

‘Citizen 202’ lands on 26th March and predicts a bright future for rockers Kavanagh. Recorded at Far Heath Studios with Angus Wallace of The Prodigy and esteemed producer Mike Bennett, ‘Citizen 202’ is a virtually faultless track full of flair and fire.

Kavanagh have the grit and guts of a true DIY Rock and Roll band. Explosive and energetic, the UK will soon be singing the praises of Kavanagh.
